Molecular Epidemiology of Breast Cancer Study

The current lack of data on breast cancer epidemiology, clinical features, tumor characteristics, outcomes, molecular markers, and environmental risk factors in Tobago serves as a barrier to the development and delivery of tailored BrCa prevention, public awareness, and control strategies.AccelerateMed is co-leader of a collaboration with Tobago House of Assembly, Division of Health, Wellness and Family Development; Washington University School of Medicine, MO, USA and Rutgers Biomedical and Health Sciences, NJ, USA to conduct the first-ever big data artificial intelligence-driven molecular epidemiological study in the Caribbean leading to the identification of strategies for improved breast cancer detection and clinical approaches for the medical community.
